Asking everyone to work 50-60 hour weeks when they haven't seen an increase in pay for 2-3 years is unreasonable and will cause a lot of turnover.
Work towards a common goal. Too many people are trying to do the same tasks to impress the new CEO and constantly name dropping the CEO to get their way.
Only received cost of living increase for 3 years even with an "exceeds expectations" on performance review. Being asked to work 5-10 hours per week in overtime on a regular basis, sometimes 15-20 hours of overtime. If we need to work more, pay more or hire more people.
