clearer communication with front line staff regarding the state of the company
executive turnover, layoffs, stock prices below $1 - executives and the board need to get back to our roots and remember where we came from rather than trying to be so modern
perhaps if the company was putting investible money back into the company and its associates rather than making big contracts and stock options packages to attract executives the company might be doing better
the culture has gone way down since stock prices went down and store closure announcements, as well as executive turnover, but the team I work with and the people in our department are good people, we're just very mis-managed
