There is no cohesive look to the store, especially in furniture offerings. It's just random statements of lots of chairs or tables, but nothing that really conveys a look or style for decorating a room. The store is full of stuff that you can find at the Dollar Tree, but at four times the price.

Asking everyone to work 50-60 hour weeks when they haven't seen an increase in pay for 2-3 years is unreasonable and will cause a lot of turnover.
make it more about actual skills rather than who you know
it can be improved simply by training employees instead of throwing them into it and forgetting that they havent been fully trained. it feels like we arent given all the tools to succeed and then get talked down to for not knowing.

Too much inventory. Stores are crowded, and we don't get rid of clearance merchandise fast enough so we have piles of it with nowhere to go. P1 doesn't seem to know who their customer is. Don't overload smaller stores with so much junk. We are beginning to look like a Dollar store.
