They truly do care. They also have a open door policy no matter how big of small the issue is they want to make sure you are happy and comfortable with your job
What did you like most about the interview process?
Best you actually do an interview you take about of the plant first. Then they interview you. The interview was like having a conversation and not a interrogation like most companies. They want to put you on a position that you are the most comfortable with so you can do your best work.
