I've been at the company for over a year and am still blown away at the benefits they offer and the fact that the CEO actually cares about making the company bettter. Way better than most agencies in our industry.

100% toxic, "always on" culture. Any candidate considering PMG should be very cautious. The company's CFO and Head of HR wants to roll out "productivity logs" and treat employees like hourly employees. The company likes to throw out "gift boxes" and "experiences" as a bandaid. Beware.

Company leadership is generally pretty awful. Team leads don't back up their staff because they are too concerned with their own personal growth and how "they are viewed" rather than mentorship and engagement. The biggest fault of this company is that they have way too many inexperienced team leads

The culture exceeded my expectations.

PMG has been named a best place to work in advertising for good reason. The benefits are incredible, pay competitive and the people you work alongside become like family. The clients and work we contribute to are bar none - it's truly an incredible place to work and grow in your career.

PMG is people first. When the CEO announced that all of the ways we were supporting working parents and mental wellness during COVID during a company meeting, there was an outpouring of appreciation. PMG wants to be a great business AND a great employer.

Receptive to feedback, open and honest, the PMG leadership team truly cares about its employees.

Genuinely have employees' best interests at heart. They aren't imperfect, but are transparent and willing to improve.

Communicating actual expectations with employees. We are not mind readers. Also, stop thinking there is only one right way to do something. This is so old school and will hold you back from retaining talent.

Paying employees for the compensation they earned

No accountability for executive team. They are great at marketing which allows them to spin a narrative. The culture and organization is extremely broken.

There are two review periods a year and typically half the company will get a promotion.

PMG offers a competitive salary, bonus and benefits, and in 2021 all employees were given an extra week of PTO.

The parental leave at PMG is incredible, as is the paid time off and vacation benefits.

To address mental health in 2021 as a result of the pandemic, the company gave everyone an additional week of PTO. Also love that healthcare plan premiums have stayed steady over the years. And benefits for new parents (paid leave, gift card for diapers, gradual return to work) are thoughtful.

Like many PMGers, I feel such a lack of acknowledgement from my direct manager. Managers love to just take the credit of the work their team is putting in and they also love to point fingers and blame their team as soon as any "mistake" occurs.

The employer shorted me two days pay.

All compensation decisions are solely made by the CEO, who plays favorites. The VP of HR is completely incompetent and his team has the worst turnover of the entire organization.

My team is talented, hard working, and some of the most genuine people.

We work hard, but we genuinely enjoy working together and creating an impact.

Our team is full of bright, curious individuals who have become like a second family to me.

Super smart and ambitious, but also humble.

Coworkers are under so much pressure to perform that they snap at other coworkers and constantly feel the need to defend their actions, at the expense of others. It's creating such a toxic work culture.

They're are a good group getting wronged by the owner.

We have a great culture in the office and with my coworkers online. There are a lot of opportunities to bond and they throw amazing parties and an annual company trip.

The company really wants to care and they make great efforts to make things better for the employees. The issue comes down to, if your direct manager is inexperienced in managing and is a horrible communicator, every single day of work is just awful. Doesn't matter how great the company tries to be

The pep talks and videos are good

There is a high level of engagement and transparency.

The people are what makes PMG great! Everyone is so kind, intentional and loves their work.

The CEO needs to sell the company to a firm that will actually clean house with the leadership team and start over.

I was able to talk with people outside my department to get a better idea of the company as a whole.

Everyone appeared to be engaged about the company

I got a good sense of the company, the people I would work with and my ability to make an impact.

The people seemed attentive and interested in ensuring I would be the best fit for the role.
