My team and the fact that my manager believes in me and trusts me to do my work well.

Getting to work with smart, caring people.
The people I work with and the work I get to contribute to make the work day more fulfilling and exciting than I ever thought possible. PMG is an incredible place to work and I'm proud to work alongside my coworkers for this company.
To be part of a fast growing company that hasn't sacrificed the ideals of seeing employees as humans first, and treating them as such.
I used to work with a great team of people, but the leader of my group has forced a lot of people out of the organization.
