Love my job and what I actually do in my role as their in-house recruiter. Appreciate that all of my coworkers are subject matter experts of their own respective fields, and our Directors are all smart leaders who care about their team as well as the customer. The communication within each team is awesome! However, we could benefit from better communication between specific department heads. Other than that, not much to suggest! I love it here.
