Local immediate work culture is all about teamwork so everyone goes home on time. If someone gets overloaded, we work together to get jobs evenly disbursed. Someone always is a resource on something you will encounter on the field.
The client sites I would go to. They made the job worth it! Extremely friendly when you got to know them!
My experience has been very positive, but it seems to vary from team to team.

The camaraderie, we are all in this together, and everyone is very helpful and helps one another when reached out to.
Everyone tries their best to meet Service Level Agreement regardless of the pay situation. Lots of people here had faith this company could turn around, but the people here at the lower level are just better than the company itself.
