Porch Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Stock program everyone can get stock.

Paid Time Off is pretty nice, allows a work life balance

Equity retention bonuses and affordable health care plan.

The hourly rate is fair.

flexibility to choose and competitive.

The base pay is o.k. I feel fairly compensated; however, they are super generous in the options that they give to every employee. When we hit major company goals, everyone gets more stock.

Review from HR Dept

Our vacation policy is solid.

Review from Marketing Dept

We get a transportation benefit.

Review from Marketing Dept

We have a very good medical insurance plan and equity based compensation is generous.

Porch typically compensates individuals with stock options. Porch has a very good benefits package with the following main components: 1) medical/dental/vision (very competitive); 2) transit subsidy; 3) 401K (no match); 4) discount programs (passport, discounts on home improvement work).

Fair stock and salary plan

Review from Operations Dept

401K, great health benefits, transit reimbursement

Review from Marketing Dept

Porch does a great job of benchmarking salaries regularly with similar roles in Seattle and making adjustments accordingly.

Cash and benefits are the best part

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel undervalued when leadership positions are given to individuals who do not demonstrate respect, professionalism, or strong team values. Compensation would feel more meaningful if the company prioritized promoting managers who foster a positive, supportive work environment and lead by example.

Better benefits and matching 401k,

Health and housing benefits that other companies provide. If I get sick I lose the day and have to pay for a private doctor.

Porch's Mexico team needs to get paid on time we make porch what it is and always get paid late, always we never get paid every 1st and 15th like a regular company always get paid a week later or even two weeks out from the mentioned date.

Review from Sales Dept

I got promoted to a different job, but I did not get a raise, but I have more responsibility.

Review from Sales Dept

Benefits are not good: healthcare coverage is not great, no gym help, maternity/paternity leave is short
