Extremely poor communication, HR is understaffed, disconnected teams, lacks cultural diversity and awareness and corporate office has small town mentality.

First day, preceptor said "do the best you can as Im buried today with 6 patients." The RN's/LPN's/Nurse Aids struggle to keep afloat because each and everyday of the week (no exaggeration) a colleague will either call in sick or just not show up. Patients suffer due to poor / untimely care.
