People are usually happy to see you when you arrive with their orders.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There needs to be more total work do that drivers will be confident they will earn money when they are on shift.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think they need to come up to Grub Hub and Door Dash if they want to compete for best orders, drivers etc.
