The salaries are very competitive and the Total rewards team is constantly reviewing pay to make sure they stay that way.

It didn't feel as invasive as it does at most companies. It was very clear what they were looking for and felt more like a conversation.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are always in it to win. They work hard and are ok with uncertainty. which is great because we are doing some new here all the time.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I have worked at some very notable tech companies but have never seen a culture like at Postmates. The events team really does go over and above to create not just a place to work but a community... would even go as far as saying a family.
