Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

We need a new leadership team at copper. Ones that actually follow policy and ruin employees lives

Higher wages and more fmla

I work too much to be ignored and blown off by my bosses and to have them hire supervisors to be in charge of me, when i have to train them, and when ive been promised these positions. I've been working here for 8 yrs and i am ignored when the guy from outside the resort, with 0 experience is hired.

I am not certain really if it is fair or not as I am not sure if the company is making money or not.

I feel undervalued because the value of my compensation quite literally doesn’t add up to a living wage in the town the resort is located. A living wage aka 25% of monthly compensation going to rent would be fai
