They are generous and fair to all employees
It's generous, everyone has stock options and leadership trusts me to work in the ways that make me most productive + unlimited PTO.

Excellent bunch of coworkers who are supportive of each other's ideas and achievements

What makes you most happy at work?
Working remotely, learning something new every day, and ability to work for excellent founders
I get to work from anywhere and on my own schedule. Oh and the mission motivates me.
