Stop discrimination against people of different ethnic backgrounds! This company refuses to hire people with *strong accents* .
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Everybody in this company is underpaid and overworked. Employees are being paid minimum wage and taking over 60 calls per day
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
A diversity and cultural program where people of different ethnic backgrounds are not treated like they should not be working there.
