Positive. The company and department have definitely gone through a number of changes (in leadership and some staff, as well as prioritization of certain initiatives) over the past year, creating some feelings of uncertainty for some, but the overall changes are good and in the right direction.

Innovative thinkers, supportive leadership and coworkers, people that truly care about the customer/member experiences and the mission of the company.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interviews were casual and conversational. I had plenty of opportunities to ask questions and to hear about the role, team, and company. The decisions were also made quickly, at least in my case.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team is full of dynamic, bright, hard-working, and fun-loving people. There is a good mix of those that have been with the company for 10+ years and those that are newer to the team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is thoughtful, intelligent, planful, and collaborative. They make excellent efforts to ensure awareness and unity across the different departments. They also know how to have fun together and to foster a caring, "family" company culture.
