Set my own hours and control my salary by my own efforts. Confidence in constant improvement of products and delivery of them to consumers.

What are some of the best things about your team?

I can hand select my team. I have access to and am welcomed by teams other than my direct team. Cross team collaboration is common without the usual downsides of competition.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Paid daily or frequency I prefer. No territory restrictions or quotas. Plenty of incentives for production laid out in an easy to understand and attainable plan that everyone is able to utilize irrespective of tenure.
