Out of 19 Precor employee reviews, 47% were positive. The remaining 53% were constructive reviews with the goal of helping Precor improve their work culture.
Ironically the leadership team is poor at leadership and run a once great company into the ground.
The leadership team needs to be replaced. They are team of unethical people which makes them untrustworthy and uninspiring leaders.
Precor needs to provide more leadership training to develop leaders from within. The departments are also in silos and need to communicate better.
Give temp workers compensation too
President is an egotistical maniac and has no empathy for others.
Leave for better career development.
New leadership team. Current leaders are weak.
Align goals, priorities and strategies. We are a fitness company, so we should model the best in corporate fitness / wellness practices.
