What do you like best about the leadership team?
Wiling to listen to input from the workers who actually have to do the job.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Ironically the leadership team is poor at leadership and run a once great company into the ground.
The leadership team needs to be replaced. They are team of unethical people which makes them untrustworthy and uninspiring leaders.
Precor needs to provide more leadership training to develop leaders from within. The departments are also in silos and need to communicate better.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Excellent benefits, and a fair PT earning system
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Give temp workers compensation too
President is an egotistical maniac and has no empathy for others.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team works together amazingly, and they always keep work fun
We work well together, and listen to each others opinions and advice.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Leave for better career development.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The workers make it worth it
We really do feel like a family.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
New leadership team. Current leaders are weak.
Align goals, priorities and strategies. We are a fitness company, so we should model the best in corporate fitness / wellness practices.
