Supervisors in the phone center have favorites while they mistreat/disrespect others. Their favorites get first chance at promotions and raises.
The culture and environment at Press Ganey Associates is fake when visitors come around. They hide the disrespectful treatment of phone reps.
What makes me happy at work is a couple of coworkers that have become great friends, as well as the patients we call.
