good communication and a strong desire to do the right thing
I have never met any of them so I can't rate them. It's not like they care anyway.
They care about their employees

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Approachability and effective communication. Also being supportive of there floor staff.
communication and actually fixing problems
They need to get up and do something more.. they get paid well but not the other stuff.. need to be fair to the hardworking team!!!! Selfish supervisor!
