Approachability and effective communication. Also being supportive of there floor staff.

They need to get up and do something more.. they get paid well but not the other stuff.. need to be fair to the hardworking team!!!! Selfish supervisor!

The benefits are not very great.
Wages for rn are not that much higher than cna, but the schooling and cost required is far greater for an rn, not to mention the rn carries a vast majority of the liability on their licenses which cnas do not.
the company owns the insurance that they sell you at a profit.and the insurance isn't accept anywhere in my home state
Do what they promised!! Help out. Pit their shoes in ours.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Increased support from management and executives that is actually helpful. Not words of encouragement without actions and definitely not pizza parties.

Communication with managers and approachability.
Hire empathetic and emotionally intelligent management instead of complete psychopaths.
New admin and corporate staff, namely executive directors and company heads

Reputation for care is poor in the community.
The management lies about the quality of care their clients receive and the clients know it's all fake, but the family has no idea.
corporate has no empathy or care for their residents or employees
