good communication and a strong desire to do the right thing

Everyone is here for themselves there is no team not even in management
We all care about the residents first
we can usually talk to each other about problems

honestly the company doesn't have any positive aspects
we have to stay positive so our residents dont get upset

That there were multiple interviews with different department heads

knowing that atleast i am taking good care of my patients and i know they all love me and just having me there makes their stay a little bit better
