Mr. Jeffery H. Boyd, also known as Jeff, has been an Executive Chairman of The Priceline Group Inc. since January 2017 and served as its Interim President since April 28, 2016 until December 31, 2016. Mr. Boyd serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Lowestfare.com, a subsidiary of The Priceline Group Inc. Mr. Boyd has been an Advisor and Director of MDX Medical, Inc. since March 10, 2015. He served as an Interim Chief Executive Officer of The Priceline Group Inc. from April 28, 2016 to January 1, 2017. He served as the Chief Executive Officer at The Priceline Group Inc. from November 2002 to December 2013 and also as its President from May 2001 to December 2013. He served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Priceline com at Booking.com Limited since November 2002 and May 2001 respectively. Mr. Boyd served as The Priceline Group Inc.'s President and Co-Chief Executive Officer from August 2002 to November 2002 and served as its Chief Operating Officer from November 2000 to August 2002. He served as an Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of The Priceline Group Inc. from January 2000 to October 2000. In 1995, he joined Oxford Health Plans Inc. as its Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary, where he served in such capacities through December 1999. He served as an Assistant General Counsel for Lord, Abbett & Co. Mr. Boyd served as a Partner in the private law firm of Robinson & Cole and served as an Associate with Sullivan & Cromwell. He served as the Chairman of The Priceline Group Inc. from January 1, 2013 to January 2017 and has been its Director since October 2001. He has been a Director at HealthCare, Inc. since October 2014. He has been an Independent Director of The Home Depot, Inc. since October 6, 2016. He serves as a Director of Booking.com Limited. He serves as a Director of Lowestfare.com. He serves as Trustee of Brunswick School Inc. He served as a Director of Bankrate, Inc., since October 2009. He served as a Director of BEN Holdings, Inc., the holding company for Bankrate, Inc. prior to its initial public offering in 2011.
