Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Having management respond to my questions about how I can improve and move up in other areas of the company. Also, keep me informed about future work availability.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Clever, motivated and fun. Work is more of a vocation than a chore

Supportive to everyone, works important, but family comes first and this really shows
