Having management respond to my questions about how I can improve and move up in other areas of the company. Also, keep me informed about future work availability.

Clever, motivated and fun. Work is more of a vocation than a chore

Lots of employee resource groups (clubs etc) + opportunities to engage. Good remote opportunities. Travel benefits.

Supportive to everyone, works important, but family comes first and this really shows
I'm able to work from home; I appreciate the flexibility.
