Mr. Brett A. Keller has been the Chief Executive Officer of Priceline.Com at priceline.com, a subsidiary of The Priceline Group Inc. since November 8, 2016 and served as its Interim Chief Executive Officer from June 3, 2016 to November 8, 2016. Mr. Keller served as Chief Marketing Officer of priceline.com Inc. since January 2002. Mr. Keller was responsible for Priceline.com's global strategic branding and marketing initiatives, including all search engine marketing and affiliate channels, strategic data initiatives, email, social media, communications, merchandising and advertising sales. Previously, Mr. Keller served as Senior Vice President, Marketing of priceline.com and in other positions from February 1999 to December 2001. Mr. Keller joined Priceline.com in 1999. From 1997 to 1999, Mr. Keller served as Director of Online Travel at Cendant. Mr. Keller managed Cendant's online travel businesses as a Director of Online Travel. He has been an Independent Director at Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc. since May 9, 2015. Mr. Keller sits on the National Advisory Council for the Marriott School of Management at Brigham Young University. He holds an MBA from Cornell University's Johnson Graduate School of Management and an undergraduate degree in Japanese from Brigham Young University.
