There is a lot of workplace harassment by the manager and leader, it is an unpleasant environment in the custodian area.

PRIDE is different than any other company I have ever worked for. It is a large company that spans over several states. This comes with challenges as some sites are more tuned into the mission than others. One thing about PRIDE is that we are always looking to improve the employee experience.
