Great company and product. Lack of respect is from the top down and has metastasized throughout the company. No one seems to care to put in the extra effort anymore. People are viewed as a number and not a person.

I like my work and the company. Im proud of our products. I'm now working too much but I appreciate that my supervisors are trying to found the way to reduce my workload and get a better compensation for me.

It has been challenging but in a good way, we are constantly learning something new about the machinery or our customers.

They have been positive during covid and the changes to working in the office/home.

we are kept informed about what is going on.

They are there for us when we need them, and they provide the tools for us to have a successful dept., but overall they also let us dictate how to handle tasks ourselves, avoiding complications.

I appreciate that they listen to me and help me solve problems.

They need to be transparent. There appears to be some untruthful things going on.

Communication, synergy and honesty. Along with providing a better merit raises based on overall achievement and tenure!

The quarterly bonus, which we have to earn.

Profit sharing is a plus, not all companies offer this.

Amount of Vacation and Holidays.

Management says they care but they dont show it.

Is not enough to live but my superiors are reviewing currently. Zalkin has less compensation than sidel where I use to work. There is no end of year bonus or saving fund.

The company has started putting on events for employees that have been here less than a couple of years but do not have events for longer term employees and have even demoted a few.

My value and the role I have in the company is neither recognized or compensated.

A merit increase based on what the current the current cost of living is.

When working within the team all feedback is appreciated.

Most are team players and positive.

We are able to bounce ideas off of each other and talk thorough difficult situations. Very reliable, very dependable.

They are responsible people and we can discuss

People seem positive and helpful.

There have been many changes over the past few years but the outlook has always remained positive and optimistic.

management doesnt seem to understand why our company exists. They just are riding waves of success and dont know why. Perfect example of a snake's head chopped off and it dying a slow death

Very few people look forward to going to work, but the people that I work with and my job function makes the day pleasant and go by quickly

The synergy here is horrible. Shuttleworth does it one way and Promach another. Reporting here is a joke and management holds no one accountable.
