Everyone has a team mindset and they seem to care about doing good business but doing it the right way
I came from only working at relatively small businesses. Serpa still retains that feeling and I like that. The culture at Serpa is what I am used to and what ultimately made me accept their offer.
Do it right the first time. We are not micromanaged and there is trust. We have an open door policy. Employees are passionate about their work and proud to be apart of Serpa.
We all seem to get along great and have side conversations about our families. Its not always focused on work.
