The company has been going through a lot of changes. I used to feel a lot more aligned with the mission and culture. However, it seems like we hired the executive team in North America, and Europe just became an underestimated and undervalued labour that has to conform.

I definitely appreciate the stock options. However, I really enjoy the remote/hybrid friendly opportunity we have, as well as the food catering in the office
