Overall Productboard is the best place I ever worked at. The work is interesting, people are great, I have good work-life balance, I'm paid well and I get to work remotely. It checks all the boxes for me.

People just want to do great work here and they are invested in the mission. Everyone's friendly and always willing to help. I pretty much never have any negative interactions with anyone.

They are visibly committed to our mission. They are transparent and have shown self-reflection together with willingness to improve what isn't working. They are doing great at inspiring the rest of the org.
What makes you most happy at work?
I get to work on a meaningful mission, doing the type of work I'm great at, and with a really good work-life balance. I love working remotely and I'm really happy that it works at Productboard.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The base salary is really competitive. And one small thing which I really appreciate is the company covering my exercise expenses via a Multisport programme. It shows how PB cares about me staying fit to do my best work.
