I value the transparent culture in the company. The leadership makes good decisions and clearly communicates them.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is awesome. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Most of the people are not afraid to provide constructive feedback and help me grow.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Stock options. I am based in central Europe and it is not standard at all. I am also happy about budget for education and amount of PTO.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company values actually mean something = it is not just thing that we have on the website. There is a lot of transparency, team work, growth mindset in the company
