- It's great we have stock options in the company, it makes me feel more involved and excited to see how the company progresses.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership is dedicated, transparent, and empathetic. It is not a question of whether they care about their employees, it is demonstrated day in and day out.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
- Productboard is very inclusive and liberal, which for me is brilliant. The focus is on keeping everyone happy and healthy, so they do great work.
