What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People - The level of talent across the board is amazing. People are helpful and passionate about what we are trying to achieve. Everybody I have worked with so far is collaborative and open to feedback. I have never worked in a company with more alignment towards a shared mission.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Best leadership I have seen so far, starting all the way from Hubert. Our leadership is transparent with strong values on doing what is right while keeping the focus on the performance of the business as a whole. All the major decisions are communicated openly and any questions are heard and answere
