What is the best part about your compensation package?
Stock options, honestly. Given our leadership, I'm deeply committed to Productboard and believe in our future. As such, being able to have a "stake" in the company is important to me, as well as my family's future.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My manager is the best I've ever had in my 15+ years in direct sales. She listens, she understands my limitations and strengths, supports the strengths, and provides me with ample opportunity for personal and professional growth and improvement.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are passionate about what we are building. I think the people ops team is doing a great job recruiting others who will jump in and provide the same level of support and passion that is currently displayed in our sales team.
What makes you most happy at work?
No two conversations with prospects are the same, so I'm always learning and growing. We are challenged with difficult yet achievable goals, which is motivating. We are also constantly proving prospects new opportunities through our product team, and it's exciting to be able to circle back
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Hubert is an incredibly empathetic leader and visionary. His awareness for what others are working through is felt, his answers in our AMA exec sessions are fair and honest, and provide learning opportunities. And that depth of care is what has made Productboard so successful. Our customers feel it.
