There is a kind supportive culture that starts from the top. From the exec team down folks are excited about the problems we're solving and the category we're building.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are transparent about their respective organizations' objectives and progress. They openly answer questions on company all hands, and in our company #exec-AMA Slack channel. And they are authentically nice people who care about employees.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Sometimes the people who are the best at something are able to get away with being jerks to everyone around them. There's no one like that at this company and yet everyone is really good at what they do.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The executives have an idealistic energy and lead by rallying the company around a shared vision and positive encouragement. There is much to be done and time is of the essence, yet there are good vibes across the company. Everyone is kind and supportive and that starts from the top.
