We pull on the same end of the rope first and foremost. Very low ego. They continually push for educating and developing themselves.

Good combination of challenge, responsibility, importance and diversity, closely followed by the people I work with. Are these really separable in a good company?

They are impressive, seasoned professionals. The way they communicate with us is open, transparent, accommodating of our inquiries. All of them are humble people who continue to inspire.
