I appreciate the stock options. However, I enjoy the remote/hybrid-friendly opportunity we have, as well as the food catering in the office.

The togetherness (one of our values) is demonstrated daily. The warmth, support and also challenge that we experience is motivating and makes me so happy to come to work everday
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leaders at Productboard demonstrate honesty and transparency, always. They are clear on objectives, both short term and longer, with a lot of considerations for the growth we are experiencing. I feel valued, part of a team and invested in our growth.

They give us access to real-time updates on our financials, a number of customers, and internal surveys, allowing us to see how Productboard is performing as a business. Moreover, we are encouraged to ask our leadership questions, which are always directly addressed by them.
