There are so many departments and direction you can go once you are in this company. It is nationwide and they really care about the employee job satisfaction.

We are spread out in different states, a virtual team. But we have daily discussion for issues over instant message and help each other resolve our questions and concerns.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I have spoken with claims adjuster and have learned that we are paid equally if not higher then average. Consistently medical providers are impressed with the health benefits we receive.
