What is the best part about your compensation package?
Aside from the hospitalization, earned time benefit, gainshare, we are provided on-site health care.

My team is very collaborative, we make good decisions together, we get the job done, and we all support each other.

Progressive hires great people, but too many times is seems we are trying to reach 100% consensus rather than having someone accountable for decisions and moving forward.

The people that stay, love the company which makes a fun, positive, happy environment. We love diversity and people can bring their whole selves to work.
