The leadership actually cares about their teams. They work hard to develop you and get you where you want to go.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I have been with the company for a little over 2 years and during that time I have been on a few different teams. Everyone is supportive and amazing.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is all about the people! It's contagious, so it is hard NOT to be supportive to others and accepting of others when you are surrounded by that support all of the time.
