What are some of the best things about your team?Talented team but the CEO is diabolical.
What are some of the best things about your team?Team members are smart, hardworking, ethical.
What did you like most about the interview process?thorough, quick, simple, transparent, complete
What's going wrong and how can it be improved? The team is spread too thin and the culture is toxic. Hiring a CEO who can stay focused and replacing the people who resigned would be a great start.
What needs to change to make the company culture better? The CEO should be put in as CRO and a capable CEO should be hired.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation? The CEO tries to change compensation whenever he sees an opportunity. He bullies but then backs down when confronted. Equal pay for women and a straight forward structure.
