Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The CEO tries to change compensation whenever he sees an opportunity. He bullies but then backs down when confronted. Equal pay for women and a straight forward structure.
Women are often paid less than their male counterparts. Confusing back end structure.

Talented team but the CEO is diabolical.
Team members are smart, hardworking, ethical.
The best thing about the companu is the people. Very talented and good group.

The team is spread too thin and the culture is toxic. Hiring a CEO who can stay focused and replacing the people who resigned would be a great start.
