Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Despite consistent above-expectation reviews and embodying our core values, I remain the least compensated. I've absorbed teammates' workloads without recognition or pay. Being praised but underpaid isn't sustainable and it contradicts the culture we claim to build.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Individual contributors are over-capacity and underleveraged. Penalizing requests for help and rewarding strong performance with more work creates burnout, not results. My feedback is that equitable workload distribution is critical to achieving the quality and speed leadership expects and values.
