What do you like best about the leadership team?
Great leadership and quick to answer any concerns you have or questions they reply very rapidly . Good people to work with.
They listen to your recommendations and make changes accordingly,
Leadership empowered everyone and was supportive and there when needed.
They are experts in the industry, have the vision to understand where the market is going, and they support me in all of my efforts.
They are kind and look after us.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
value people, manage staff, bid responsibly and eliminate creativity on invoicing
Everything. There's no leadership team
Communication, there is none whatsoever.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I left the company while ago then they rehired me thats very kinda of them i do appreiaacted
It is in line with the competition.
The comp package is great.
Great benefits and ample time off.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The benefits are non existent.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Responsive. Happy. Hard working. Growing.

Show up ,stay at there post handover the keys from shift to shift
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
From entry level to VP, you are respected the same.
The team works together and helps one another.
Everyone supports one another and there are a lot of fun activities and team events.
I am treated like a human being who has a family and a life outside of work. I work very hard, but I am also given the flexibility to take care of myself and my family as needed.
They take care of us and look out for our best interest.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
New management, Supervisors, and HR is desperately needed
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was comfortable and not overly stressful
They asked very good questions.
The entire executive committee flew cross country to meet and interview me.
I felt that all of my comments and all of my questions were taken seriously and an abundance of care was taken to ensure I understood all elements of the job at the time.

Leaders and department heads focus on engagement.
Interaction with the companies and seeing and being happy that I can help them or assist them in any kind of way
What I do makes me happy. Helping the team develope.
The people and clients I get to work with.
I am most happy when I can launch a project or execute a plan that goes well. I am given the freedom to develop my own methods, but am given the support and guidance when needed.
