Time management is constantly an issue and there is little to no consequences to employees if they mess up.

The company does seem to prioritize patient care and has classes to better help you to understand core ideas and tasks.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Once the face to face interview started the job duties were clearly laid out and emphasized to better help you make a decision to join the company.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The company is placing a much higher emphasis on money, using cheaper supplies and outsourcing many jobs. It could be improved by using less cheap supplies and stopping the emphasis on capital and moving back to patient care.
