I don't feel undervalued, I AM undervalued. The executives make millions and refuse to offer us hazard pay during a pandemic where we don't have proper PPE.

Executive management is completely clueless about how to operate a successful hospital. The focus on paying executive management is running everything into the ground. The community has lost faith and the executives can't see that from their lofty gold perches.

The company is placing a much higher emphasis on money, using cheaper supplies and outsourcing many jobs. It could be improved by using less cheap supplies and stopping the emphasis on capital and moving back to patient care.
again, upper management does not have a clue what th eday to day process is. CEO is negotiating giant paychecks for himself on the heels of layoffs and cutbacks.we are expected to do more with less, trim the fat, but not given the tools or chance to make the change we need, we should have input
