A company raise based on work ethics. Not a government raise that the company has to pay. Google Reviews MUST be stopped for our incentive program. Letting a company dictate how much money I make is shameful. My last 3 poor reviews were about customer gate hours not my performance.

8 year employee pay is less than a first year at over 100% of other storages. Bonus not awarded fairly. Refer to DM for reviews would help in deciding who receives and which bonus. DM is more involved on daily basis than upper mgt. Numbers do not tell story

We can't keep people if they don't have an apartment. It's a lot of development wasted. Constant turn over. It's next to impossible to staff locations that have a higher rate of pay then we do in certain areas. That creates a lot of work for the ones running 3 properties at a time. Not paid A prop $

UNITED HEALTH. REALLY? They have coerced nurses into falsifying DNR documents to avoid resuscitating elderly patients. They deliberately delay treatments until the patient dies. We don't need gold plated health insurance, but we definitely don't need murderers either.

It would make me feel better if PS paid more than flipping burgers at Mcdonalds. Its the lowest paying job I've ever had in the 24 years that I've been working. its very difficult to make a living at $15.00- $17.50 an hr. ; also no employee discount on a storage unit if you need one is shocking.

The health and copay sucks, you cannot gain access to medical help without paying almost 500 out of pocket. Pamphlets are inaccurate. No maternity leave, no paid medical leave. Underpaid. I've worked places that paid me more for doing less work. Not alot of room to expand in company. Takes 10 years.

There seems to be a larger work load on such a small pay scale. The bank runs, working a larger property without help, and more calls, not to mention the daily tasks due everyday
