The bonus structure and stock options.

Review from Operations Dept · Posted 10 days ago

The benefits package offers good value. I appreciate having access to health benefits, a 401(k) with company matching, paid time off, and opportunities to grow within the company.

They cover all aspects of our business day with consideration and foresight.

Review from Sales Dept

It well balanced with benefits and other items.

Review from Finance Dept

How much I am making.

Review from Business Development Dept

Don't know, haven't been here long enough to access all the benefits.

Review from Operations Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

For everything that we have to do as one person. We aren't paid enough for it. Non-negotiable $15 an hour to do non negotiable things and whatnot with only a 30 minute lunch is absolutely insane we deserve to be paid more for everything that we do we are the face of the company

Review from Customer Success Dept · Posted 10 days ago

Getting paid more money would be nice. And being recognized with bonuses would be nice.

Review from Customer Support Dept · Posted 11 days ago

I feel that with the amount of work we have to do as property managers, we are most definitely underpaid. $15 an hour is not enough and not a livable wage.

Review from Customer Success Dept · Posted 11 days ago

Im fine with the pay but the pay to hour ratio is less than what i like. Im aware of the companys work/life balance, however since everything I do is on weekends and everyone I know is off on weekends I dont really do much on the days I have off and wish I could just be scheduled on them.

Review from Customer Support Dept · Posted 11 days ago

As you grow internally within the company there should be clear path and understanding on how to achieve the next role/promotion, specifically interim roles that are meant to get you to the next level.

Review from Operations Dept · Posted 11 days ago

Its more work that I expected

lake of communication and support

Review from Customer Success Dept · Posted a month ago

PM pay is not aligned with the market.

Review from Operations Dept

I like the job it's challenging which something I look forward to but at times it is a lot of work few dollars more in pay in this economy wouldn't hurt it would really boost morale also bring in more hires 17.50 to start wouldn't be to bad.

Review from Sales Dept

I feel that my hourly compensation is fair, but would be great to consider higher wage with my level of experience. Or, maybe give a higher level of available positions here at the new corporate HQ on the Office Services team. :)

Review from Admin Dept

Respectfully in terms of the hourly rate it is the lowest I've accepted in a decade. Life is expensive and with inflation and changes to the economic climate I believe this job is deserving of higher hourly rate.

Review from Operations Dept

You want to pay people just above minimum wage but want them to be a debt collector and a maintenance person, those positions are worth more money. If your employees are compensated they are happier, not these contests that only 1 person gets paid

Review from Customer Success Dept

Are pay isnt the greatest

Review from Sales Dept

I feel undervalued because Public Storage doesn't pay a liveable wage. You expect us to do all of this labor for free. You would pay vendor to do what we do. But why do that when you can cheat your workers having them do it with no bonuses. The thing that would make me feel better is a better raise.

Review from Operations Dept

Everyone should at least get a little bit of a raise to make it $20 or $1 raise. There are some of us who go beyond expectations and do stuff that other people don't do or supposed to do.

Review from Sales Dept

Because of my role and resposibilities as a property manager, I feel low balled. Compensation should definitely be more then it should or at least a pay increase after the 90 days of working

Review from Customer Support Dept

Employees need raises the amout being paid for anyone under being a Dm is what teenagers are making its 2026 the business is making money but the employees that arebhands on every day is making pennies not enough to maintain a household . Better pay is needed, to much physical work for pennies

Review from Customer Success Dept

Not enough money being exposed to mold and dead animals. Entitled customer threats. Racist managers that let white coworkers get away with stealing time and money

Review from Admin Dept

Yes. Seems like as a front line employer, speaking in my district, we are placed as an after thought and he needs are not a priority

Review from Customer Success Dept

Work compensation balance. Too much work for the pay
