A company raise based on work ethics. Not a government raise that the company has to pay. Google Reviews MUST be stopped for our incentive program. Letting a company dictate how much money I make is shameful. My last 3 poor reviews were about customer gate hours not my performance.

Doing the job, making their calls, and STOP the GOSSIPING, RUMORS and false comments creating DRAMA. Public storage Field Employee handbook states specifically. Gossip and Rumors ARE NOT TOLERATED.

Insistence ALL managers do the job. We are pretending to be a TEAM. Team DOES NOT mean I (and others ) do someone elses work. Team is 100% equally DOING the job and assisting others when the going get rough not "oh what a great team player, he just did all of the other managers work.

I used to love my job. I had pride in my locations. Lately I have been disheartened because NO ONE else is doing things at my level. Even those that have been here for years. I come back after a weekend to find my numbers dropping and all my hard work gone to waste. And I'm in trouble its MY store.
