What I like best about the leadership team is that the know there is no I in team and that it takes all of us to make that team happen , they are very supportive and make being part of a team amazing .

The wealth of knowledge everyone collectively has due to long term tenure from most employees. Seems like a lot of people here started at the DM level and worked their way up to executive leadership in some capacity.
